Greek Tales

Early in 2008 I was commissioned by Austrian publisher G&G Verlag to illustrate their children's book Griechische Sagen – Menschen, Götter, Ungeheuer ("Greek Tales – Men, Gods, Monsters"), which contains retellings of classical Greek tales such as the Illiad and the Odyssey.

I created the cover illustration as well as 52 illustrations for the interior of the book. Those were rendered in pencil, while the cover illustration was done in watercolour.
